
Customer Support Manager

This is not a commission-based job; we are offering a monthly fixed salary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service support.
- Very strong command of written and spoken English; additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
- Answer telephones and record orders with 100% accuracy.
- Make customer call backs.
- Use problem-solving skills to handle difficult or irate clients.
- Suggest alternatives to resolve customer complaints on a priority basis.
- Log complaints from customers.
- Educate customers about promotions and services.
- Convey customer feedback and suggestions to the Manager to offer services that exceed customer expectations.
A shortlist of candidates will be required to complete an assignment during the final interview to assess competency in English. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary according to experience and qualifications. All applications will be treated in strictest confidence.
Job Specification
• Daily delivery of Company Customer Service Standards; building strong and trusted relationships.
• Assist clients with their inquiries, solve client queries, and retain their business while promoting a further range of products.
• Complete internal handover procedures for both new and existing clients.
• Proactive in enhancing Company Customer Service Standards.
• Previous experience required in a customer service role.
• Previous corporate administration experience required (strong knowledge of corporate incorporation documentation in various jurisdictions).
• Proactive with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, and a strong team player with a positive approach to work.
• Professional and confident.
