We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Support Representative to join Decimal Solution at US Eastern Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management: Ensure timely addition of newly acquired vehicles to the system, accurately reflecting their location.
  2. Streamlined Operations: Coordinate with the American team to streamline the flow of inventory from procurement to sale, maintaining smooth operations.
  3. Prompt Processing: Process every vehicle in the system promptly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of active inventory.
  4. Vehicle Tracking: Track each vehicle in the system according to its original status, ensuring transparency and efficiency in inventory management.
  5. Listings Optimization: Manage listings of vehicles on different platforms, optimizing visibility and reach for potential buyers.
Job Specification
  • Intermediate (F.Sc) or higher education level is required.
  • BASIC knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet usage is necessary.
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, is expected.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • A presentable personality with a customer-centric approach is desirable.
