We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our IT Global Experts team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities- You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
- Develop and implement plans to increase sales and expand existing client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT industry.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
