About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Accounts Growth Manager to join our team in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy to grow and maintain key accounts for a range of diesel generators.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop a comprehensive marketing program to identify and pursue new business opportunities with key accounts in Pakistan.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at these accounts, ensuring that our products meet their needs and expectations.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  4. Liaise with importation and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of products to key accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management and business development, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and regulations.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
