Key Accounts Manager

The role of the Key Accounts Manager at Triad Solutionz is to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for the organization. This involves building and nurturing relationships with corporate contacts, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities

Liaising with Corporate Contacts: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key decision-makers in partner organizations, ensuring timely responses to queries and swift resolution of any issues that may arise.

Developing Relationships: Foster strong, trusting relationships with partners through regular meetings, site visits, and joint project work, aligning their goals and objectives with those of Triad Solutionz.

Contractual Agreements: Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contractual agreements, ensuring all parties understand their roles and responsibilities, and that the terms are mutually beneficial.

Tailored Plans: Collaborate with the Project Manager to devise detailed, tailored plans that maximize income from each partnership, taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of both parties.

Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and achievement of targets.

Presentations and Reports: Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, plans, and contact reports as required, documenting all activity accurately on the organizational database.

Partnership Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary, ensuring alignment with BHF's healthy living principles and corporate guidelines.

Requirements

Educated to degree level or above, with a marketing/fundraising qualification and exceptional experience in managing multi-functional projects with a focus on fundraising partnerships. A good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and databases is also essential.
