Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Development Manager to join our team at Parazelsus.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within assigned territories.

You will achieve sales targets within the designated territory by identifying new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and competitor analysis.

In addition, you will provide feedback to management on market conditions, product performance, and customer needs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of education
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, preferably in the food and snack industry
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and own transportation
