
Key Account Specialist

Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a Key Account Specialist to manage and develop relationships with key corporate clients. This role will focus on achieving revenue targets, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximize sales from both existing and new clients to achieve assigned revenue targets
- Build and maintain a strong client base through effective presentations and product introductions
- Support front-end sales efforts with the back-end design team
- Respond promptly to client queries, ensuring a high level of responsiveness
- Collaborate with the costing department to provide accurate quotations and manage gross margins
- Work closely with the SCM and Warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Conduct site inspections before dispatch, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Prepare bidding documents and review tenders in response to advertised opportunities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with the Business Development department
- Investigate and resolve service issues, coordinating with the Complaints Department as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in key account management or corporate sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within key accounts
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure successful project execution
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
