Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a Key Account Specialist to manage and develop relationships with key corporate clients. This role will focus on achieving revenue targets, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales from both existing and new clients to achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a strong client base through effective presentations and product introductions
  • Support front-end sales efforts with the back-end design team
  • Respond promptly to client queries, ensuring a high level of responsiveness
  • Collaborate with the costing department to provide accurate quotations and manage gross margins
  • Work closely with the SCM and Warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Conduct site inspections before dispatch, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare bidding documents and review tenders in response to advertised opportunities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with the Business Development department
  • Investigate and resolve service issues, coordinating with the Complaints Department as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in key account management or corporate sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within key accounts
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
