Job Description

The Complaints Manager is responsible for leading a team of complaint handlers to ensure that customer complaints are addressed in a timely and effective manner. This involves reviewing ongoing cases, providing guidance on process improvements, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in a similar role, excellent understanding of complaint handling, and experience embedding internal strategies to minimize complaint handling time. They will also possess excellent analysis and excel skills, be self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively with different teams across the business.

The Job requires strong leadership and coaching skills to drive team performance, motivate employees through continuous training, and ensure that all correspondence with customers meets our standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of complaint handlers to address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the complaint handling process.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to minimize complaint handling time and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all customer interactions meet our standards.
