
Dispute Resolution Manager

This mid-senior level position is responsible for managing the complaint handling process, leading a team, and driving process improvements to ensure high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Complaint Handling: Lead the team in reviewing and resolving complaints, providing advice on process improvements, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Management: Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks of your team, setting clear expectations and motivating them through coaching, training, and mentoring.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes of complaints and generate reports to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT services and consulting industry.
- Skills: Excellent understanding of complaint handling, analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a related field, such as business administration or customer service management.
This is a full-time position, working from our office located in DHA Sector F Rwp, with regular working hours from 10am to 7pm.
