Job Description

This is a key leadership role within Translation Empire PK, responsible for overseeing the complaint handling process to ensure high-quality customer service. The Complaints Manager will lead a team in reviewing ongoing cases, providing advice on process improvements, and maintaining data to generate insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Review and Oversight: Collaborate with the team to review ongoing complaints, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on trends to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • SLA and KPI Management: Work closely with the team to achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) as per customer contracts.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of complaints and develop targeted solutions to reduce future occurrences.
RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT services and consulting industry.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding of complaint handling, analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in a related field, such as business administration or customer service management.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working from our office located in DHA Sector F Rwp, with regular working hours from 10am to 7pm.
