- Training and Development
- Provide training and coaching to sales teams on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve sales strategies and outcomes.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year's work experience in FMCG companies is essential. Prior experience in similar market environments is also desirable.
