We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Key Account Business Developer to join our team at ProHomez. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of key accounts, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  2. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  3. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  4. Cold Calling and Pitching: Conduct discovery calls, pitch services/products, and set up meetings or demos.
  5. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of prospects and report progress weekly.
Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  3. Skill Set: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Work Style: Proactive mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
Nice to Have
  1. Industry Expertise: Experience in [specific industry e.g., SaaS, IT, digital marketing, real estate].
  2. B2B/International Sales: Prior B2B or international sales exposure.
  3. Proposal Writing: Strong writing and proposal-building abilities.
