About This Role

We're looking for a Territory Manager to join our Unilever Food Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales and business growth through fostering strong relationships with existing operators and onboarding new ones.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Growth and Target Achievement: Drive the business to achieve desired ambition of Underlying Volume Growth/Sales Growth and track targets across all channels.
  2. Operator Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with operators to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Chefmanship Capability Development: Drive chefmanship capability for the entire team and conduct regular kitchen trainings with Chefs.
  4. Market Intelligence and Feedback: Build knowledge of competitive activities and market feedback and disseminate this information to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Financial Metrics Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of financial metrics, including business profitability and gross margin.
  6. Project Execution and Evaluation: Execute and oversee projects such as activations, launch plans, and marketing strategies with meticulous attention to detail. Conduct rigorous post-launch evaluations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  7. Process Redefinition and Optimization: Redefine processes based on post-execution analysis, utilizing strong analytical skills.
