Colgate-Palmolive is a global leader in the consumer products industry, with a portfolio of iconic brands that are trusted by millions of people around the world. As a Customer Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in new markets.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective distribution and sales of Colgate Palmolive products in your assigned zone. This will involve working closely with stockists, distributor sales representatives, and pilot sales representatives to implement customer development strategies and achieve sales and distribution objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar market environment, preferably in an FMCG company. You will be expected to have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building business relationships.
