We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contact Center Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our contact center and ensuring that we meet or exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of our contact center
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
