Job Description:
  • We require a skilled professional to present our product effectively to potential customers through interactive live demos, webinars, and technical workshops.
  • This role involves responding to customer queries via email and chat channels, preparing quotes, and following up on leads with customers and partners.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is essential for coordinating post-production change requests and product feature requests.
  • You will contribute valuable insights to our product development by exchanging information with product management and marketing.
  • Creating technical documentation to maintain our product knowledge is also an integral part of this role.
  • Your expertise will help us differentiate our product from competitors and inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Contact Center industry, preferably in pre-sales or Requirements Engineering, is desirable.
  • Knowledge of networks, contact center technologies, and call flows is essential.
  • Experience in analyzing requirements, proposal preparation, responding to RFPs/demos, and conducting POCs is valuable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
