Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive - Key Accounts to join our team at Arwen Tech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with major clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

  • About the Role
  • Maintain and grow current business in assigned territories, meeting or exceeding company objectives on a yearly basis.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with customers as per company guidelines.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Train and educate each customer and customer's associates on the entire product line, marketing programs, and advertising programs.
  2. Successful bid management and submission.
  3. Active participation in sales promotion/marketing activities in the region.
  4. Use relationship selling and assist customers in helping to grow their business with Arwen's solutions and services.
  5. Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.

Requirements

  • Weekly reports and quarterly review meetings preparation are routine work; this is to be communicated to higher management.
  • Making an essential data recording system is part of the job.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA's)

  • Must have deep industry knowledge, be motivated, highly structured, and organized.
  • Familiar with Arwen's portfolio of solutions and products.
  • Well-versed in MS Office.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
